Most breathwork sessions spend the first stretch teaching the mechanics—how to breathe, what's happening, what to expect. This one skips that. You've already done the on-ramp, so we go straight into the practice and stay there longer.
You'll get prework to do before you arrive, so you walk in primed instead of warming up. Then we drop in—extended, immersive, and held with wireless Silent Disco headsets and live sound designed to move with the room.
The result: more time in the practice, less time getting there, and a deeper journey than a standard session is built to deliver.
This session assumes a foundation. If you haven't done a session before, come to Intro to Breathwork first. Get the mechanics in your body once, then come back for the deep end.
Targeted preparatory protocols delivered prior to arrival. Designed to bypass the standard neurological warm-up phase, allowing for an immediate drop into the practice.
Extended conscious-connected breathing alters CO₂ tolerance and forces a deliberate shift in your autonomic nervous system. The result is an expanded window of physiological plasticity.
A structured down-regulation phase to conclude the immersion. Ensures the nervous system returns to a stable, regulated baseline before you leave the environment.
